From there it’s only few minutes walk by the harbour, across the bridge to the land of Moomins. We arrived early in the morning before it even opened at 10am. At this point, I was more excited than our 2 year old. The first MoominValley theme park opened in Finland 1993 and is in part a model for the park in Hanno. The Moomin Village is being developed by Fin Tech Global Incorporated and the city of Hanno is built on land purchased from the Seibu Railroad.
